<p>Throughout the years, Netflix has released a number of successful shows, and it seems like this year is just as jam packed, with new and original series being released nonstop. As on June 24 2022, the first 6 episodes for the South Korean version of the Spanish heist drama was officially released, however with an entirely different storyline.</p>

<p>&lsquo;Money Heist: Korea- Joint Economic Area&rsquo; is an original Netflix series starring actors Yoo Jitae, Park Haesoo, Jeon Jongseo, Lee Hyunwoo, Lee Wonjong and Park Myunghoon. It is set in the same fictional universe as the original Spanish version, however it depicts a completely different narrative, making the series more of a crossover rather than a remake of the popular Spanish drama.</p>
<p>The first title announcement was first released in January 18 2022, with a thrilling video of the criminal mastermind, also known as &ldquo;The Professor&rdquo;, choosing between a variety of disguising masks, in which soon we discover that he will end up choosing the eye-catching Hahoe masks, a representative mask that all Korean citizens know, making it the ultimate mask suited for the project.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Many familiar aspects to the original &lsquo;Money Heist&rsquo; can still be found in the Korean series, as the main plotline still involves a mysterious criminal who recruits a group of thieves to help him rob a bank, however this time, it involves a hostage crisis situation happening in the now unified Korean Peninsula in the year of 2025, specifically in the Mint which is located in the Joint Economic Area (JEA), a &nbsp;common ground for both Korean jurisdictions.</p>
<p>Of course the series also maintained its original &lsquo;Money Heist&rsquo; characters, even going as far as maintaining some of their original physical and personality traits, however there are major evident alterations in the characters&rsquo; backgrounds in order to become more Koreanized.</p>

<p><strong>Experience the &lsquo;Money Heist&rsquo; Themed Escape Room in Bukit Damansara</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #e03e2d;">Yes, you read that right. </span>If you are a big fan of the series, or maybe even wondered how it feels like to be a part of a heist just like the one in the show, well now is your chance to actually experience it in real life.</p>
<p>Guests will then be welcomed into the building with an interactive character display and a suitcase filled with the classic red jumpsuit along its signature mask, in which then you will be briefed and taken through three different rooms, where you will be racing against time (30 minutes) to solve a treasure hunt, hack into the JEA system and solve hard puzzles to complete the game. Upon finishing the hunt, visitors will then gain access to the final vault room, which contains a large bed with abundant cash.</p>

Netflix’s Original Crossover “Money Heist: Korea” Is Officially Out

<p>When we say Sabah, the first thing that comes to mind is Mt. Kinabalu or even seafood. But it&rsquo;s not often that people think about the poor infrastructure the state has.</p>

<p>It&rsquo;s a fact that East Malaysia is seemingly underdeveloped in comparison to Peninsular Malaysia but this is also due to how large East Malaysia is. Rather than long highways, East Malaysia depends on using the river to reach village to village as most roads there are in bad condition and almost inaccessible to certain vehicles.</p>

<p>But travelling along the river also has its fair share of issues, one of them being a crocodile infestation. Crocodiles are making it increasing dangerous for villagers around Sabah and they are not easy to get rid of.</p>
<p>While people think of solutions, Sabah Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin had proposed to get a crocodile hunter as crocodile attacks have been becoming more widespread. He says this as the rise in attacks is believed to be related to the increasing number of crocodiles in the water.</p>

<p>The topic was brought up as he had inaugurated the state-level National Recovery Aspiration Program in Sandakan. He was also quoted that the Sabah Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment had started to offer jobs to catch the reptiles.</p>

<p>He proposed that one solution towards controlling the number of crocodiles in Sabah is to allow it to be hunted and traded. This encourages more people to attempt to capture the reptile.</p>
<p>&ldquo;So, I am always looking for a way to invite or call professional hunters like in Sarawak to ensure that the number of crocodiles in Kinabatangan can be reduced,&rdquo; he said.</p>
<p><strong>Public concern over crocodiles</strong></p>
<p>Here&rsquo;s one example of how close a crocodile is to a village in Lahat Datu, Sabah.</p>

<p><strong>Easier said than done</strong></p>

<p>Currently, the Sabah government had eased the restriction for hunting crocodiles. However, those that want to hunt them will require a hunting license.</p>
<p>Augustine Tuuga who is the director of the Sabah Wildlife Department says that there had been inquiries from those in Tawau and Sandakan to obtain the license but no applicants as of yet.</p>
<p>In the past, only crocodile breeders obtained the license to catch crocodiles to introduce new blood to their captive population.</p>
<p>So far there&rsquo;s no specific criteria for crocodile hunting but they are not allowed to export their skin or meat due to Sabah not having an export quota for crocodiles taken from the forest.</p>

<p>How many of us here agree that Penang is considered the &ldquo;Food Heaven&rdquo; of Malaysia?</p>

<p>Every time we crave food, many of us always think of taking a road trip up north to enjoy the views of Penang Island plus the many choices of food that they have to offer.</p>

If you plan to order the food, you can do so by pre-ordering 30 days in advance too.</p>
<p><strong>How much does it cost?</strong></p>
<p>For those wanting to get air-flown food form Penang, it will cost a total of RM5.99 per order and that&rsquo;s broken down to RM2.99 for their regular doorstep delivery and RM3 for intercity delivery.</p>
<p>When reviewing the list of restaurants available, the price of the food ranges between RM30 to RM77 with some of them coming in combo pax of 3-4 per order. <span style="color: #ff0000;"><em>That&rsquo;s not that bad when you think of it cause some of the food in KL alone cost just as much and not to forget, the expensive delivery fees we have here from other competitor brands. </em></span></p>
<p>In terms food freshness, looks like we&rsquo;ll have to wait another time to review it.</p>

<p>&nbsp;The 200-hectare site of the 2005 World Expo will be transformed into &lsquo;<a href="https://ghibli-park.jp/en/">Studio Ghibli Theme Park&rsquo;</a>, an immersive park with open areas based on the popular films of Studio Ghibli such as Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro, Whisper of the Heart, among others.</p>
<p>The theme park is located in Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park in the city of Nagakute, which is less than two hours away by train from the city of Kyoto.<em>&nbsp;</em></p>
<p>The &lsquo;Studio Ghibli Theme Park&rsquo; does not offer any fun rides or big attractions, as its main concept is to allow visitors to <em>&lsquo;Take a stroll, feel the wind and discover the wonders.&rdquo;</em></p>

<p>Studio Ghibli Theme Park will be open on weekdays from 10:00-17:00 and 9:00-17:00 on weekends and holidays. The park will be closed every Tuesday.</p>
<p>Tickets for November are done by lottery, which starts on August 10 at 10 AM through August 22 at 11:59 PM, and you can enter the<strong> </strong>ticket lottery through the official&nbsp;<a href="https://ghibli-park.jp/ticket/#sale">Ghibli Park website</a>.</p>
<p>The lottery results will be announced on September 2, at 3 PM, and as for now, the ticketing information is only available in Japanese.&nbsp;</p>

<p>But this time around the controversial singer-songwriter had just dropped his latest rap song &lsquo;Katak&rsquo; and had a familiar face present in it and it was none other than Muar MP and Muda president Syed Saddiq! At the time of writing this, the video has gained 1.2 million views as well as 31K likes on YouTube.</p>

<p>The song was released on 12 August (Friday) and was seen as &ldquo;a dig at Malaysia&rsquo;s political frogs&rdquo; as recently an Anti-Party Hopping Bill had passed.</p>
<p>Namewee commented that the song was made specially to lament the eventual extinction of frogs in Malaysia.</p>
<p>&ldquo;Frogs in Malaysia will go extinct soon. Let&rsquo;s lament them through this &lsquo;Katak&rsquo; song!&rdquo; he said.</p>
<p>Funny enough, Namewee had also written in Mandarin as he wondered if the music video would land him in trouble again. <em>Not surprising as it&rsquo;s happened in the past.</em></p>
<p>&ldquo;Malaysia has been very free of speech in the past two years, hasn&rsquo;t it?&rdquo; he quipped sarcastically before sending his best wishes to the &ldquo;political frogs&rdquo; with the help of a Malay vulgarity and urged Malaysians to &ldquo;do the frog dance together.&rdquo;</p>

Some of them being local rap group 5Fourty2 which DAP member and Dusun Tua assemblyman Edry Faizal Eddy Yusof was formerly a part of under the stage name Orfeus, and The Real Masta Clan, who raps in Malay, Mandarin and Tamil.</p>
<p>In the music video, phrases such as &ldquo;jump here and there&rdquo;, &ldquo;frogs at the backdoor&rdquo; who &ldquo;suddenly come and go&rdquo; had been used. This was directed towards the politicians who have been jumping parties and caused our political scene to be unstable.</p>

<p>The funny bit of the video is how Namewee was seen dancing with men wearing suits, dollar sign-shaped sunglasses and frog masks along the streets of KL. Later, they ended up in a restaurant with Syed Saddiq</p>
<p>Towards the end of the video, Syed Saddiq himself had given a speech in Malay as he took a jab to the &ldquo;political frogs&rdquo; and also stated that they were a protected species and a national treasure.</p>

Namewee Drops His Latest ‘Katak’ Music Video Featuring Muar MP Syed Saddiq!

<p>ASEAN 55th anniversary is back with the theme "Stronger Together" to emphasize the value of integration and shared agenda in the means of countering COVID-19.</p>
<p>This event was founded on 8th August 1967, aimed to encourage economic growth, social progress and cultural development of the regions involved. It is also to assist in regional peace and stability through the respect towards justice and rule of law.</p>
<p>This celebration was followed by the declaration of "The Year of Asean Youth" with the objective of building up youth participation and development in the Asean Work Plan on Youth 2021-2025.</p>
<p>But all of these objectives can't be reached if <strong>the youth does not have a good understanding of the issues happening around them.</strong></p>

<p>Singapore-based ISEAS-Yusuf Ishak Institute conducted a survey that revolved around the issue of ethnic minority and young activist displacements by security forces in Myanmar.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The result of the survey showed 621 participants from the Asean state approved the discrimination in Myanmar.</p>
<p>Only 283 of them were concerned about the slow response of the political and humanitarian crisis around the issue.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is concerning as it may be the result of a lack of understanding of the issue itself.</p>
<p>Fortunately, <strong>several actions have been taken to encourage the understand of Asean youth of its regional issues.</strong></p>
<p>The very first Asean Youth Dialogue was held last month to create rooms for around 200 young leaders to discuss and voice out their opinions on the current regional issues.</p>
<p>The focus of the discussion was on how to get stakeholders to collaborate with youth across the region. Meanwhile, Asean youth, themselves, are encouraged to better understand current issues including food security, inflation, climate change and many others.</p>

<p>The youth's understanding of the issues around them can help the nations in so many ways. For example, youth participation in climate action activism can help their region's environmental performances.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>There were also several youth-related forums conducted last year like Unicef East Asia and Pacific, the Asean Business Advisory Council, the EU-Asean Business Council and the United Nations Development Programme.</p>
<p>Other initiatives include Malaysia Youth Diplomacy (MyDiplomacy) that encourage youth involvement in Malaysia.</p>

<p>Relatively, all other youth engagement institutions, guided by the Asean Work Plan on Youth 2021-2025 vowed to provide more platforms for young people to learn and better understand the regional issues, and be more active in their involvement in the region's matters.</p>

<p>Sadly though, all the pricing will change by the end of this year, with the streaming service just announcing the launch of <a href="https://thewaltdisneycompany.com/ad-supported-disney-subscription-tier-to-launch-december-8-in-the-u-s/">Disney+&rsquo;s latest ad-supported subscription tier</a> which will debut on December 8, 2022.</p>
