When in university, it&rsquo;s pretty common for us to call our lecturers &lsquo;Sir&rsquo; or &lsquo;Miss&rsquo; unless you&rsquo;re close to your lecturer then that&rsquo;s a whole other story. But mainly, we call them that way to show a sign of respect to them.
Sometimes we typically need to submit our work online since everything is now more digitalized than before. It&rsquo;s easier for us to share information across and update work on the go with the help of technology such as Google Docs.

But despite having modern tech, there comes a time that we still slip up and can&rsquo;t get access to what we need. Unfortunately for this Malaysian student, she had made a hilarious and unfortunate blunder which she had accidentally addressed her lecturer in a profane manner by mistake.

Netizen @samsuydin or also known as Yasmin shared how she had attempted to access a document online thinking it was belonging to her friend. As she saw it locked, she had requested access and without any thought had asked her friend in an informal manner for access. I mean, we all tend to do the same with our own friends, I don&rsquo;t blame her.

In the message it enclosed she had typed &ldquo;wei bodo (stupid)&rdquo; for her to gain access.
Little that she realised that the document had not belonged to her friend but her lecturer!

Upon receiving the access request, her lecturer had sent her a screenshot on WhatsApp questioning why he was sent such message. That&rsquo;s where Yasmin only realised her mistake and was in pure embarrassment.

Realising her mistake, she proceeded to apologise to her lecturer and explain the reason behind her mistake. Plus, she even &lsquo;bribed&rsquo; her lecturer by offering him Almond London cookies! Thankfully, her lecturer was chill about it and did not reprimand her for her mistake and had laughed it off. Her lecturer had even jokingly reply that he won&rsquo;t be taking bribes.

Despite Yasmin asking her lecturer to keep it a secret, her tweet had went viral with 5.3K retweets and 16.6K likes online. Netizens were also amused at how well her lecturer responded to the situation even when she attempted to bribe him.

Netflix serial killer TV series Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story has caused outrage on social media due to its inconsideration of the feelings of the victims' families.&nbsp;
It is currently a hit series on Netflix which was released on 21 September 2022.&nbsp; Created by Ryan Murphy who also produced &lsquo;American Crime Story&rsquo; anthology series, it sketches the real events of the brutal murders committed by the notorious serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.

<h2>Murder Cases Turned Into Entertainment</h2>
It is not new for murder cases to be adapted into TV series to entertain viewers. Previously, serial killers such as Ted Bundy, Edmund Kemper, Charles Mandon, John Wayne Gacy were introduced as characters through the imaginations of some creators.&nbsp;
These shows have attracted the attention of the public, turning into sensations on social media. The killer Ted Bundy was trending on Tik Tok after the movie Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile and the documentary Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes had gone viral.&nbsp;
The hashtag #TedBundy has gained about one billion views on Tik Tok while #JeffreyDahmer has 1.3 billion views.&nbsp;
On Tik Tok, there were attempts by some users to create a similar ambience filled with anxiety and tension in those films or shows, which sparked criticism over the romanticisation of murders.

<h2>Making Profits Out Of The Pain Of Victims&rsquo; Families</h2>
Such adaptations raise the question of whether it is appropriate to gain interests from tragedies that might traumatise the victims&rsquo; families.&nbsp;
Netflix seemed to have an answer to this question as it delineated the miniseries as &ldquo;giving the victims a voice&rdquo;. However, their families certainly didn&rsquo;t think so.
Sister of one of the victims, Rita Isbell, told Insider that she had not been reached out by Netflix for the consultation of the show.&nbsp;
&nbsp;"I was never contacted about the show. I feel like Netflix should've asked if we mind or how we felt about making it.
"They didn't ask me anything. They just did it." She said. Her testimony at the Jeffrey Dahmer trial was duplicated in the series.
Another cousin of the same victim, Eric Perric, expressed his disappointment and dissatisfaction upon Netflix&rsquo;s decision to leave the family&rsquo;s consents aside in creating the TV series involving them by commenting on twitter:&nbsp;

Rita Isbell also pointed out scornfully that the victims&rsquo; families did not gain financial benefits from the show, saying: &ldquo;It&rsquo;s sad that they&rsquo;re just making money off of this tragedy. That&rsquo;s just greed.&rdquo;&nbsp;

Some criticised the fact that the traumatising events were merely used as entertainment, concurring with Rita Isbell&rsquo;s opinion.

Well, there is no perfect answer to this question for now.
According to the commentaries online and what the families thought about the issue, one thing remains clear: the opinions of the victims&rsquo; families should be taken into account in the production of this sort of adaptation. Or else, it would be sheer exploitation.&nbsp;

From the result, it can be perceived that roti canai is the No. 1 in the list. However, the website of Taste Atlas shows that roti canai in Malaysia is positioned as the second-best street food after Guotie, a type of Chinese dumpling.

If you think that toll operators are not doing anything about it, oh how you&rsquo;re very wrong. Highway operator Prolintas is now actively clamping down the toll evaders along the Ampang &ndash; Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH).
Recently, the Prolintas had caught one of the motorists in the act who&rsquo;s apparently been frequently tailgating pass toll booths. Rather than keeping quiet about it, the team had decided to share the news on their official Prolintas AKLEH Twitter page as a warning to all toll evaders.

The motorist driving a red Proton X50 was caught at the Dato Keramat toll plaza at 10:07pm on Tuesday. The said motorist has been avoiding tolls for quite a while now and had a total of RM57.50 in toll arrears.

On a good note, the driver had paid the full amount on the spot after being asked to pay. Prolintas says that they will continue on to watch for toll invaders and will be apprehending those irresponsible drivers. Things could have been worse for the man as he wasn&rsquo;t issued a fine.
For those caught tailgating to evade toll payments, there are a set of laws behind and drivers could be charged under Sections 42 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act 1987 which punishes those driving in a reckless, dangerous, careless or even in an inconsiderate manner. If guilty, it could land you in jail for up to five years and/or a fine up to RM15,000.
Aside from that, you could also be guilty under Section 279 of the Penal Code where drivers will be punished for rash driving that is harmful to other motorist. If guilty, one can face up to six months of jailtime and/or a fine of up to RM2,000. Meanwhile, evading tolls alone means that you can end up in court and be charged under Section 8 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 which can lead to a fine of up to RM5,000.
Yikes, I don&rsquo;t think any of us would want end up in court and potentially serve jailtime and paying a hefty fine. Imagine if you were caught in the action and ended up on Twitter, now that&rsquo;s pretty embarrassing.

It looks like everyone&rsquo;s favourite sarcastic antihero is making his way back to the big screens!
When I say this, I mean it&rsquo;s none other than Ryan Reynolds starting as Deadpool.

The announcement of the movie was made on Reynolds official Twitter account and looks like we&rsquo;ll be seeing the return of a character we haven&rsquo;t seen in a while.

Reynolds goes on to explain that he&rsquo;s sad that they missed Disney&rsquo;s D23 Expo and said that they&rsquo;re working hard to make the next Deadpool film. What looked like an amazing intro to the video turned out to be Reynold&rsquo;s trolling us saying that he had nothing in his mind in the process of trying to make the next Deadpool film stand out from the others.

But the best news about the Deadpool 3 film is that Hugh Jackman will be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to play Wolverine! In the video, he had momentarily appeared behind Reynolds and he prompted the question, &ldquo;Hey Hugh, you wanna play Wolverine one more time?&rdquo; and Jackman replies with a &ldquo;Yeah, Sure, Ryan&rdquo;.

Plus, in the ending of the teaser video, the Deadpool logo was seen being slashed by Wolverine&rsquo;s claw while Whitney Houston&rsquo;s &lsquo;I Will Always Love You&rsquo; song was subtitled as &ldquo;I will always love Hugh&rdquo;!
You gotta love how Deadpool always makes everything relate to a joke or even a pun.

Shawn Levy who was the director for Free Guy and The Adam Project is set to direct the third film alongside screenwriters Paul Wernick and Rheet Reese who wrote the first Deadpool film. After Reynolds shared the news, Levy tweeted that he&rsquo;s been &ldquo;burning a hole&rdquo; in his lips for weeks.

The pairing of the two got both Reynolds and Jackman reprising their roles as it was something that the two had wanted to do for a long time. In fact, the talk of the pairing can be seen way back in 2015 when Reynolds had jokingly said both Wolverine and Deadpool should join the Top Gun programme.

The last time we saw Jackman was back in the 2016 movie &ldquo;Logan&rdquo; directed by James Mangold. In the final scene of the movie, many fans saw Wolverine died. Jackman had publicly stated that &lsquo;Logan&rsquo; would be his last film starting Wolverine as he wanted to see new actors take up the iconic character.

Before this, the X-Men movies created by Fox had created multiple timelines as the characters had travelled through time. During the movie &lsquo;Logan&rsquo;, the movie had taken place in the year 2029 and we didn&rsquo;t see as many of the original cast from X-Men in it except for Dr Charles Xavier.
Lately, the MCU has also been playing around with the multiverse hence the reason behind why Deadpool and Wolverine are able to meet again (or at least that&rsquo;s what we shall assume for now).
