If you&rsquo;re a foodie then you&rsquo;ve probably heard of the Instafamous chef and entrepreneur Khairulaming.

For those who don&rsquo;t know who he is, a food content creator who got the attention of many Malaysians for his easy and simple to follow recipes. He&rsquo;s also the creator of Sambal Nyet which is has gone viral over social media due to how good it tastes with the spicy kick that many loves. Currently he has 1.2 million followers on his <a href="https://twitter.com/khairulaming">Twitter</a> and 3.4 million on his <a href="https://www.instagram.com/khairulaming/?hl=en">Instagram</a>.
Complains over his manager
Recently, the famous chef had took to his social media to apologise to his fans and public after receiving complains about his manager. It started from a Tweet by Naz (<a href="https://twitter.com/_NazriH">@_HazriH</a>) where he shared about the issue with Khairulaming&rsquo;s PA.

According to social media post, it was alleged that his manager had been pretty difficult to reach and that he had behaved arrogantly when messaging him as well as when dealing with potential clients over the phone.
Not only that his managers tone was pretty condescending but his manager had also attempted to block all client attempts to speak directly with Khairulaming or even in person.
A netizen shared that once when she attempted to contact the manager, the manager stated he preferred to receive enquiries via phone calls instead of WhatsApp. However, when she contacted the manager, he did not pick up any of the phone calls from the clients.

Others had also encountered the issue when talking to the manager. For instance, one netizen had politely asked if it was a good time to talk on the phone and the manager had rudely responded by stating &ldquo;I&rsquo;ve already answered the call so might as well we just talk.&rdquo;

Ironically enough, Naz had mentioned that when communicating with other celebrity managers such as Siti Nurhaliza&rsquo;s manager, Tikto, it was a smoother and better experience. With the tweet gaining 7,705 retweets and 11.4k likes, Khairulaming himself had taken the liberty to apologise directly to Naz and explained that he had been delegating all communications with clients to the said manager.

Issues a public apology and promises to make improvements

In Khairul&rsquo;s apology, he had highlighted a that he had first hired his manager due to him being a friend but he&rsquo;s also highlighted that he shouldn&rsquo;t of mixed his friendship with business.
First things first, he had removed all manager&rsquo;s contacts from his social media and will be personally handling the communications himself till he finds a suitable new replacement.
Aside from this, he will be pausing his client video works temporarily which includes food products, seminars and restaurants in order to focus on making cooking videos.
He promises that he&rsquo;ll learn and take note from this incident and will be doing the necessary actions to rectify this issue.
You have to give the man credit for taking action into his own hands. Unlike most people when they get famous, the fame gets to their heads but Khairul seems to still be the same ol&rsquo; person that everyone loves.
