Understanding driving safety is one of if not the most important thing when you&rsquo;re someone who frequently drives on the road. When driving, all of us have to be considerate of other road users for both those in the car and those on the road as everyone has families and love ones. Just one slip and an accident can change their lives entirely.
Recently, Twitter user @Mdimrxn_ had took to Twitter to share news about an accident that happened on a highway due to an individual in a Range Rover driving carelessly. The actions of the individual had caused 13 cars to crash and five people have ended up in the hospital.
Due to the car&rsquo;s plate number being leaked, it has been speculated that driver of the Range Rover who caused the incident is a son or daughter of a VIP.

Initially, the crashed was between @Mdimrxn&rsquo;s twin brother who was driving a Toyota Vios, a Range Rover and a Bezza. It had later spread to thirteen other cars including a police car. Among the five victims, @Mdimrxn&rsquo;s brother was the only one who was seriously injured due to his Vios taking a direct crash and the other four had light injuries.

As the incident was gaining traction on social media, others had also used Twitter to reach out to eye witnesses of the incident. One of the family members had also claimed that the Rabge River at the time had a VIP family background with the rank of &lsquo;Tan Sri&rsquo; and also shared the plate number on social media.

Shah Alam District Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim stated that the man and two other victims were driving towards Klang from Kuala Lumpur. It is seen that the Vios was hit from behind by the Range Rover which caused the vehicle to swerve into the road divider on the right lane.
Meanwhile, the Range Rover had skid onto the left side of the highway and the Bezza which was coming in fast from the right lane had not enough time to react to the crashed Vios.
While the post was getting traction on social media with many commenting on the incident, a netizen by the name of Mr. Stuhico (@stuhico) stated that the incident caused several other accidents later as many oncoming cars could not avoid the crashed vehicles.
Speaking of the police car above, it was a patrol car which took initiative to block off the Vios from other incoming cars but ended up getting struct from behind. The whole incident had taken place on the Federal Highway from 5am till about 7am.

But that public goodwill turned into collective outrage when news broke that Kopi had been shot dead during a stray dog culling operation carried out by the Besut District Council. The shooting occurred in the early hours of 6 October 2024, reportedly around 1.30am.
According to Dr Kartini Farah Abdul Rahim, one of the plaintiffs, several residents were awakened by the sound of gunshots. Upon investigating, they observed three council officers driving around in a pick-up truck. Shortly after, Kopi was found dead from gunshot wounds. Her death, initially revealed via a post on the &ldquo;My Forever Doggo&rdquo; Instagram account, prompted widespread condemnation and demands for accountability.
Legal Grounds: Alleged Breach of Animal Welfare Law

The activists are challenging the legality of the Besut District Council&rsquo;s Dog Licensing By-Laws 1990, specifically Sections 9(1) and 9(2), which empower council officers to shoot licensed or unlicensed dogs if no owner can be located.

Malaysia is once again celebrating a landmark moment in badminton history as national shuttlers Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzuddin Rumsani officially become the world's top-ranked men&rsquo;s doubles pair, according to the latest Badminton World Federation (BWF) rankings released on 27 May 2025. This milestone marks the first time a Malaysian men's doubles duo has ascended to the coveted No.1 position in nearly a decade.
A Return to the Summit After Almost a Decade
Goh and Nur, known affectionately by fans as FeiDin, now sit atop the global rankings with 91,090 points, surpassing Denmark&rsquo;s Kim Astrup and Anders Skaarup Rasmussen, who dropped to second place after failing to defend their title at the recently concluded Malaysia Masters. The Danes were dethroned following their semi-final loss to fellow Malaysians Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik.

Although Goh and Nur themselves bowed out in the quarter-finals of the same tournament after losing to another Malaysian pair, Man Wei Chong and Tee Kai Wun, their consistent performances over the past year were enough to push them into the top spot. Their victory at the India Open in January 2025 was a pivotal moment, bolstering their climb after strong showings in 2024, which included titles at the Japan Open, China Open, and Arctic Open, as well as runner-up finishes at the BWF World Tour Finals and the Asian Championships.
This achievement makes Goh and Nur the first Malaysian men's doubles team to reach the world No.1 ranking since Goh V Shem and Tan Wee Kiong in March 2016. Razif emphasised that without consistent performance and proper preparation, the pair risks losing their hard-earned position. &ldquo;Being on top must be motivation, not a destination. They must continue to train hard and think like champions if they are to remain at the peak,&rdquo; he added.
Spotlight on the Singapore Open
