After university, its very normal for many of us to join the working force whether it being an office job, being on the field or even a freelance job but if there one thing that never changes despite of the job, it&rsquo;s the working hours.
We all dream of the 9-5 work life balance which some countries do practice but in Malaysia we all know that unfortunately that kind of lifestyle does not exactly exist as many of us need to work overtime (OT) just to finish tasks and meet deadlines.

Typically, in an office, employees have overtime wages and a lot of working cultures in Malaysia always stay back long hours to show commitment to the company. But at times, many of us just want a break, right?
Datuk AC Mizal Tells Staff To Go Home
Many of us know the name Datuk AC Mizal who&rsquo;s well known for his roles in movies such as &lsquo;Abang Long Fadil 2&rsquo; and Cicakman. But aside from acting, he also owns a company of his own.
Recently, a TikTok video is currently trending on the app which shows Datuk AC Mizal asking his employees to go home at 6pm sharp.

As most Malaysians are not used to going home on time, even in the video you can tell that his employees are still working and AC Mizal had kept on telling them to drop everything that they are doing and to go home.
Despite of work still going on, he even told someone to go switch off the WIFI and the air-con so his workers can go home on time.
&ldquo;It&rsquo;s 6pm. Switch off the air-con and the WIFI. Go home, go home!&rdquo;
Those who refuse to leave will need to use fans to work if they want to continue and he also joked that if they refuse to leave, he will splash paint on them.
At the time of writing this, the video has gained 1.3 million views, 63.2K likes and 442 comments.
Netizens praise AC Mizal for practicing work-life balance
When you think of it, imagine most of us Malaysians would get in work at 8/9am and we still have to get up earlier and go through the jam. After we finish work, we still have to unfortunately face the traffic and it normally gets worse when driving in the rain.
The average worker in the Klang Valley spends about 44 hours a month in their vehicles due to traffic jams.

Many of them praised AC Mizal for letting his workers off early and some had joined in and joked that he can&rsquo;t pay the high cost of workers OT-ing every month.
At the end of the day, it looks like everyone had a good laugh on the video.
Now if only Malaysia can live that life, wouldn&rsquo;t that be great?
