Everybody loves a good movie. Typically, when there&rsquo;s a big movie coming up, we&rsquo;d book tickets for it in advance so we won&rsquo;t need to wait in long queues for it.
Speaking of new movies, Ant-Man 3 is now available in cinemas and you should probably book yourself a ticket as the movie kick-starts Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Yeah, we know, movies can sometimes be expensive especially when one of the most highly anticipated movies out there. But what if we told you that you can catch a movie for only RM5?

Yes, you heard us! Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) announced their latest promotion which offers moviegoers the chance to catch a movie for only RM5! But wait, there&rsquo;s a catch&hellip;
The movie that you&rsquo;ll be watching is not revealed to you and those going for it will be the first to watch the film in Malaysia before its release date.

Now, many of us are not fond of surprises but moviegoers had questioned if the RM5 was going to be worth their time for the movie. The only hint given by GSC is that the film will be a Hollywood Film.
As tempting as it is, GSC will also be offering you a money-back guarantee if you did not enjoy the movie. The only thing that was unclear is if the refund will be eligible for those who sit through the entire movie or if it's for those who walk out early from the movie.
Where Will The Movies Be Screened?
The movies will be screened at only three GCS branches. The venues are GSC Tropicana Gardens Mall in Selangor, GSC Gurney Plaza In Penang and GSC Paradigm in Johor Bahru. Since it&rsquo;s a Monday, you should probably plan your evening ahead of time to avoid any of the jams getting there.

But the real question still lingers, what movie will be played? If there&rsquo;s one thing for sure, it isn&rsquo;t Ant-Man 3 since it's already out. Currently, there are only a handful of movies that could be on the list which are Michael B Jordan&rsquo;s Creed 3, Disney&rsquo;s Empire of Light, Sony Pictures&rsquo; &lsquo;Missing&rsquo; or even the comedy film Cocaine Bear.

So, what are you waiting for? To purchase the tickets, you can head over to their website or the GSC app and make your way to the Advance Ticket Sale selection and select (Special) Mystery Movie. Bookings are already open for GSC Tropicana and GSC Paradigm JB and those wanting to watch in GSC Gurney Plaza will need to mark their calendars for 17 February at 12pm to get their tickets.
