Doctor Gets Roasted For Calling Out Influencer Chef
If you don&rsquo;t have a chance to head to the bazaar to buy food, you can also have the option to cook simple dishes at home. During the month of Ramadan, influencer and content creator Khairul Aming shares a series of videos consisting of 30 recipes in conjunction with Ramadan. For those who have time, they can give it a go and cook the meals for themselves to break their fast.

While his recipes are all delicious, we have to remember one thing, our food isn&rsquo;t the healthiest choice out there as many of the cooking methods involve frying the food. Recently, Khairul Aming shared a recipe for his Sambal Hijau Bilis and Omelette. While many had got their mouth drooling over the simple yet delicious dish, Dr Rafidah Abdullah who is a consultant physician and nephrologist in Hospital Putrajaya had voiced out her concern about the dish on social media.

In her tweet, she advised Khairul Aming to produce more healthy food content as the food he showcased in the video contained too much oil. When you think of it, she&rsquo;s not wrong about the food having too much oil and when you break it down, almost every step here except for preparing the rice and having the sweet soy sauce will need oil.
Despite Dr Rafidah&rsquo;s intention on raising awareness of food choices to take care of our health, netizens didn&rsquo;t receive her comment positively and said that her calling Khairul Aming out was totally unjustified. &nbsp;
When it comes to cooking, especially if it&rsquo;s making sambal, oil is necessary for the recipe and it wouldn&rsquo;t make sense to have any oil in it. Additionally, one netizen even said that it&rsquo;s not like we are consuming the whole pan as sambal is meant to be eaten in small portions.

Dr Rafidah Apologises To Khairul Aming
After being called out by many netizens, she later issued an apology to Khairul Aming and stated that she had no intention of calling him out. She also added that our health is our responsibility but she only intended to share her professional opinion based on what she saw.

A New Era of Clarity and Efficiency
&nbsp;
Under Regulatory Period 4 (RP4) of the Incentive-Based Regulation (IBR), the revamped tariff structure reflects the true cost of delivering electricity&mdash;from generation to distribution&mdash;while promoting responsible energy usage. This shift impacts more than 23.6 million domestic electricity users in Peninsular Malaysia.
Rather than relying on traditional tiered or block-based pricing, the new structure breaks down your bill into five main components:

<li>Energy Charge: Cost of generating electricity.</li>
<li>Automatic Fuel Adjustment (AFA): Adjusted monthly based on global fuel prices and foreign exchange fluctuations.</li>
<li>Capacity Charge: Costs related to standby power generation.</li>
<li>Network Charge: Infrastructure, transmission, and distribution costs.</li>
<li>Retail Charge: Administrative cost of RM10/month (waived for usage below 600kWh).</li>

Who Can Opt In and How?

The ToU scheme is optional and available only to users with:

To apply, visit your nearest Kedai Tenaga or check your eligibility via the myTNB app. The switch is not automatic and must be requested manually.

Understanding the New Bill Layout
Your monthly electricity bill will now be more detailed and transparent, showing:

As of now, Apple has not issued any formal response to the lawsuit. The Swiftcrypt app has since been removed from the App Store, and its official website has been taken down. There is no indication whether the company will attempt to settle or fight the lawsuit in court.
Meanwhile, the case underscores growing global scrutiny of major tech companies and the platforms they control. With third-party app stores now emerging in the EU under new regulations such as the Digital Markets Act (DMA), Apple&rsquo;s future grip on app distribution may weaken&mdash;but with it, possibly the consistency of app safety as well.

While the Attorney-General&rsquo;s Chambers initially pushed for the mandatory death sentence, Judge Lim instead imposed 34 years of imprisonment for both individuals, citing the severity of the crime and the strength of the evidence. Ambree was also ordered to receive 12 strokes of the rotan, while Etiqah was exempted from caning due to her gender, in line with Section 289 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Both convicts, who had previously been out on bail, were ordered to begin serving their sentences immediately from the date of conviction.
Defence Fails to Raise Doubt

Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has once again escaped conviction in one of his many legal battles, after the High Court granted him a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) over RM27 million allegedly misappropriated from SRC International. However, the 70-year-old remains behind bars, serving a six-year sentence for a separate SRC-related conviction involving RM42 million.
SRC International: The RM27 Million DNAA Explained

A DNAA means Najib is released from the charges, but not acquitted&mdash;should fresh evidence emerge, the prosecution may reopen the case.
