For music artists, their music is considered their art and it&rsquo;s a known fact that many artists out there sometimes have unreleased tracks just cause it was either not good enough for the album or it clashes or has a similar style of music with the current songs in their album.
This was seen recently when Linkin Park released their song &ldquo;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NK_JOkuSVY">Los</a>t&rdquo; which was recorded almost 20 years ago after the band discovered the album&rsquo;s backlog featuring their late frontman, Chester Bennington.
Music collaborations are arguably one of the best ways for artists to break out into the international music scene and little did we know that our homegirl Yuna, had revealed that seven-time Grammy Award winner Billie Eilish was one of the first artists to reach out to her back in the day.

Recently, Yuna sat with Fly FM&rsquo;s Kavin Jay and Ryan Howlett for an interview discussing her artistry and collaboration with other music artists in Hollywood along with her latest tunes from her latest EP, <a href="https://open.spotify.com/album/6yzS4B3517AyjytLYAukvm?si=Izzp9IdyTm22WjiFsoFUdg">Masih Yuna</a>.
She revealed that in 2016 when she was preparing for Camp Flog Gnaw Festival by Tyler, the Creator was the time she started following Billie Eilish.
"During that time, I had just started following Billie when she first started out. She had&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viimfQi_pUw">Ocean Eyes&nbsp;</a>out and&nbsp;it was amazing. I listened to it and I was like, 'Oh, who's this girl? I love this song'. I followed her and that was it," said Yuna in the interview.
Little did she realise, Billie had sent her a DM that went unread by Yuna for almost 2 years and it read &ldquo;Hi, I&rsquo;m a huge fan, I&rsquo;m a 14-year-old singer. I listened to <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3baQwUrTxzE">Lullabies</a> and I love it. Can I see you backstage?&rdquo;

Reaches Out To Billie For A Collaboration

Eventually, Yuna revealed that she reached out to Billie to record a song but unfortunately the song was never released.
&ldquo;We had a session together, we met up and made a really cute song. It didn&rsquo;t come out unfortunately. But I have that moment with her. She&rsquo;s such a lovely girl,&rdquo; said Yuna.
Though this happened many years ago and the moment was only recently shared live on the radio show, a tweet had resurfaced again where fans assumed the moment when Yuna and Billie had met.

After hearing the story on TikTok, many fans stormed the comments section and begged Yuna to release the song.
