<p>In his video, Arwind initially pointed out that the person portraying the role in the video is another content creator. He criticized this individual for agreeing to play the role without considering the consequences of his actions.</p>
<p>Addressing the content creator, Arwind stated, "To Kao Yao, I don't know who you are. We have never met before. I know you are a content creator, but I must tell you that what you just did was not only insensitive but also highly offensive."</p>
<p>Furthermore, Arwind directed his comments toward the company that approved the insensitive promotional video. He expressed that "the bigger issue lies with the brand that greenlit the idea and concept, allowing it to be exposed to the public eye."</p>

The surprising aspect of the video's promotion was the comments section, where many netizens failed to recognize any issue with the video and continued to find humour in it.</p>
<p>The video featured two characters at a counter, with a customer in a hurry asking the "Indian" cashier to expedite the packaging of his products. In response, the cashier used a red marker to draw a bindi on his forehead and humorously pretended it was a scanner for the products.</p>
<p>Arwind expressed his views on this by saying, "You have to understand that a joke should be funny. The most shameless people are those who engage in such actions without considering the feelings and emotions of others. It's disgusting."</p>
<p>In conclusion, he encouraged individuals not to resort to demeaning tactics solely for the sake of gaining popularity and instead encouraged them to create video content that leaves a more positive impact.</p>

<p>A viewing was arranged for 18 June at Parc 3, Cheras, where Fazeem met a man who presented himself confidently as the unit&rsquo;s rightful owner. &ldquo;He gave me his IC, showed me a past tenancy agreement, and really played the part,&rdquo; Fazeem explained, adding that the man was so convincing that he didn&rsquo;t feel the need to question anything at the time.</p>

Phone calls went straight to voicemail, WhatsApp showed the number as &ldquo;not registered&rdquo;, and the individual had deleted his account. &ldquo;He vanished just like that,&rdquo; Fazeem wrote, frustrated. &ldquo;I only wanted to help my sister and her friends find a place before their lease ends on 5 July.
