Since the commencement of the Israel-Hamas conflict, it has raged on intensively, leading to a United Nations resolution that called for an immediate humanitarian truce between Israel and Hamas. The UN General Assembly Resolution on the Israel and Hamas conflict had countries supporting, opposing, or abstaining from it. Notably, Malaysia is one of the countries that voted in favour of the resolution.

On <a href="https://www.malaymail.com/news/malaysia/2023/10/26/ministry-palestine-solidarity-week-at-schools-education-institutions-to-instil-spirit-of-humanitarianism-among-students/98515">October 26</a>, the Education Ministry, Fadhila Sidek announced officially the Palestine Solidarity Week which begins from October 29 until November 3. She hopes the program can foster humanitarian values like empathy and concern towards Palestine&rsquo;s struggles.

Despite this, it was spotted that replica weapons were found in schools to promote extremism during the Palestine Solidarity Week. With that being said, Fadhila mentioned that the issue would be under investigation and she asserted that strict guidelines needed to be obeyed, as reported by <a href="https://www.bernama.com/en/news.php?id=2239369">Bernama. </a>
As such, she then took to Twitter on October 30 to post the dos and don&rsquo;ts as a guideline for the Palestine Solidarity Week program in a balanced perspective, and thus far, it garnered over 1.7M views. It consists of 7 dos and 7 don&rsquo;ts for the public to be aware and educated about what it takes and how to go about it during the solidarity week to prevent unfavourable situations from happening.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also stepped in to declare that Putrajaya will <a href="https://www.malaymail.com/news/malaysia/2023/10/27/after-students-and-teachers-shown-with-toy-guns-in-schools-pm-anwar-says-putrajaya-will-ensure-palestine-solidarity-in-control/98689#google_vignette">closely monitor</a> all activities pertaining to the solidarity week in schools since numerous incidents happened in schools after several students and teachers were using toy firearms as props in photos and videos in conjunction with Solidarity With Palestine.

He said &ldquo;We will not force any schools to participate in it but we must control what's happening. We in the Cabinet spoke about it, we encourage it but it must be controlled so it doesn't get out of control.&rdquo; 
However, Former Penang Deputy Chief Minister II Dr. P Ramasamy said the conduct of Palestine Week has done more bad than good as it involves more <a href="https://www.nst.com.my/news/nation/2023/10/972661/palestine-solidarity-week-has-spun-out-control-serious-implications">serious complications.</a> He said there were children marching with toy guns as if they were in a war against the Jewish state. With that being said, he claimed that both students and teachers lack an understanding of Palestine&rsquo;s struggles.

Additionally, there was a school teacher who set an <a href="https://www.nst.com.my/news/nst-viral/2023/10/972631/nstviral-palestine-solidarity-week-video-teacher-setting-israeli-flag?_ga=2.249165966.845495310.1698628823-1702925534.1693802502#google_vignette">Israeli flag on fire</a> and the video became viral with many having concerns about the school&rsquo;s safety since there were schools that went overboard in instilling violence despite the key objective being expressing solidarity.

However heartfelt the solidarity aims in fostering humanitarian values, on October 28, three members of parliament (MPs) and nine assemblypersons (ADUNs) from PKR issued a statement protesting the solidarity and urged the Education Minister to carefully review the decision to proceed with the program because it was deemed difficult and beyond the minister&rsquo;s control in ensuring no vengeance and violence.

Despite it being toys that are not real weapons nevertheless, he stressed, &ldquo;What message are you trying to pass here?&rdquo;

In the end, no one guarantees that the situation will be under control despite the Ministry providing useful guidelines as measures to ensure peace and harmony during solidarity week. After more than a decade of dazzling performances with EXO and a string of solo hits under his belt, Baekhyun is finally embarking on his first-ever solo world tour &mdash; and it&rsquo;s one for the books. Who Is Baekhyun?

After ten years of making their mark on the Malaysian music scene &mdash; and in the playlists of countless fans across the region &mdash; pop-rock band Insomniacks are ready to take the stage for their first-ever solo concert. Titled Echoes of a Dream: Insomniacks Live in Concert, the event marks a significant milestone for the beloved group.

Insomniacks is a Malaysian pop-rock band that has rapidly emerged as one of the country's most beloved music acts, known for their emotionally charged lyrics, catchy melodies, and youthful energy. Formed in 2015, the band first gained attention by uploading cover songs on YouTube, showcasing their raw talent and chemistry. More than a decade since audiences were first dazzled by sleight of hand and cinematic spectacle in Now You See Me, the franchise is poised for a thrilling return. The third instalment, Now You See Me: Now You Don&rsquo;t, promises the most audacious heist yet &mdash; blending the original gang of illusionists with a new wave of rising stars in a high-stakes battle against a dangerous criminal organisation.
The Original Horsemen Saddle Up Again

Newcomers Greenblatt, Smith, and Sessa appeared in person to help carry out what Lionsgate dubbed a visual &ldquo;heist,&rdquo; adding to the fanfare and bringing the energy of the franchise&rsquo;s big-screen illusions to real life.
