After much anticipation, Malaysians are on the verge of experiencing a musical extravaganza as Coldplay gears up for their inaugural concert in Malaysia next week on Wednesday (22 November)!
The fervour surrounding the Music of the Spheres World Tour, set to unfold at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, is palpable, evident in the overwhelming demand that led to a remarkable surge in ticket sales.

Regrettably, Malaysia is only graced with one Coldplay concert, unlike our neighbours in Singapore who are in for a treat with a six-day spectacle from January 23 to 31, 2024. Nonetheless, the anticipation for the singular Malaysian concert promises to create a magical and unforgettable experience for all attendees.
Guidelines For Concert Viewers In Malaysia
In light of the immense popularity of the British Rock Band, Live Nation, the concert organizers, have issued guidelines to enhance the concert experience for attendees this upcoming Wednesday.
These guidelines, available on their official Instagram (@livenation.my), detail that ticket counters at Axiata Arena will be operational from 12 pm to 10 pm starting on November 22, 2023.

Here are the specific guidelines for each ticket type:
Infinity Tickets:
<ul>
<li>Viewers with Infinity Tickets must visit the Box Office to claim their e-tickets.</li>
<li>Identity verification is mandatory, requiring the presentation of an ID card.</li>
<li>Fans lacking a valid ID card are ineligible to redeem their tickets.</li>
</ul>
E-Ticket:
<ul>
<li>E-tickets can be obtained through the viewer's GoLive account or registered email.</li>
<li>Attendees have the option to download the e-ticket or capture the QR code image on their mobile phones for added convenience.</li>
<li>Notably, there will be no physical tickets issued for the upcoming concert.</li>
<li>E-tickets and QR codes are strictly valid for single use, and attendees experiencing ticket-related issues can report them to the Box Office or ticket counter.</li>
</ul>
Ticket Holders as Third Person:
For individuals who are unable to attend the concert and have acquired tickets from a third party or transferred them to someone else, specific documents are required:
a) A copy of the identity card, driver&rsquo;s license, or passport displaying the name of the actual ticket owner. b) Documents supporting the reason for the transfer of ticket ownership.
Failure to present these documents may result in denial of entry to the concert location.
Wristband Redemption
If you've ever witnessed a Coldplay concert online, you've likely marvelled at its unparalleled audience engagement, with the crowd literally lighting up. This magical effect is achieved through wristbands that seamlessly synchronize with the rhythm of the setlist performed on the day of the concert.

For the concert in Malaysia, the counters to pick up the wristbands will be opened at the &lsquo;Enhance Experience Redemption&rsquo; booth starting from 12:00 noon onwards. Each spectator will need to show their e-ticket before they are allowed to receive their wristband which is 1 per person.

It's essential to be aware of the gift redemption counter, which opens after the show at the same booth. Those eligible for gifts must claim them on the same day, and collection counters will be operational until midnight following the concert. Alongside the redemptions, specific times for the opening of gates are also designated for concert attendees.
High Power Time: 4:40pm Gate: Marquee Tent Carpark B. - Open to those only in Higher Power queue. - Patrons below 14, pregnant ladies, wheelchairs or crutches are strictly not allowed in the Standing zone.
My Universe Time: 5pm Gate: My Universe Entrance
Ultimate Experience Time: 5pm - Ticket holders are to gather near the Enhance Experience Redemption booth 1hr before the scheduled time (4pm). - Late comers may not be guaranteed access to the experience.
