Che&rsquo;ah Awang clings to a solitary photograph, a cherished lifeline to her past, nurturing the hope of reconnecting with her son, the 67-year-old Muhammad Zain Salleh, and her daughter. The latter's age eludes precise recall, a poignant consequence of being taken away by her mother-in-law shortly after birth.

As reported by TV3, Che&rsquo;ah recounts the heartbreaking separation from her children, a consequence of her divorce. This led to her son being cared for by his foster mother and her daughter being raised by her mother-in-law.
Subsequently, she never had the opportunity to reunite with her children. She later relocated to Singapore and eventually to England in 1973 for employment. During this period, she received a photograph of her two siblings from her son.

&ldquo;In the same year, my son contacted me via phone to ask about my well-being and sought blessings for his marriage. He also mentioned that his sister misses me and wants to meet me, but unfortunately, I lost the address and phone number that I had written on paper,&rdquo; said Che&rsquo;ah.
Made Her Way Back To Malaysia To Find Her Children
In 2012, Che&rsquo;ah returned to Malaysia and made her home in Aulong, Taiping. Since then, she has fervently hoped that her 55-year quest to find her children will reach the ears of her children or their nearest family members. Armed with only a black and white photograph as a glimpse of their appearance, all she yearns for is the chance to meet and embrace them before she "closes her eyes forever."

In the course of her search, Che&rsquo;ah shared that in 2023, she received deceptive calls from individuals claiming to recognize her two children. Despite the initial glimmer of hope for a long-awaited reunion, these individuals refused to disclose any details about her children's whereabouts. Instead, they demanded that she transfer money to their bank accounts.
Fortunately, despite her ardent desire to locate her children, Che&rsquo;ah remained vigilant and resilient, steering clear of falling prey to these schemes. She was well aware that these fraudsters were seeking to exploit her vulnerable situation for financial gain.
Taxi Driver Offers His Assistance To Find Her Children

In her quest to find her children, a compassionate taxi driver named Benjamin has been a steadfast companion to Che&rsquo;ah. Their paths first crossed at the Taiping Bus Terminal 11 years ago, and Benjamin, a retired army personnel, has since dedicated himself to assisting Che&rsquo;ah. He has been instrumental in guiding her to various local media agencies, helping to share her story in the hope that her children will come across it. Despite extensive coverage of her search in the local news, she has yet to receive any positive responses from the public.
Benjamin's dedication is truly exceptional. Despite making ends meet as a taxi driver, he has selflessly refused any payment from Che&rsquo;ah throughout the 11 years he has been assisting her.

They argue that the government failed to conduct adequate research into the virus and the safety of vaccines, accusing them of pushing "toxic experimental vaccines" on the public. According to the plaintiffs, the government was reckless in accepting what they term the "false pandemic" narrative and enforced policies like the Movement Control Order (MCO) without proper investigation. Furthermore, they allege that full disclosure was not provided to the public regarding the risks associated with the vaccines.

The sudden death of Muhammad Amir Rusyaidi Muhammad Zaidi, a 25-year-old UiTM Reserve Officer Training Unit (ROTU) cadet, has brought intense scrutiny over alleged abuse and negligence during his training. Amir passed away on November 13, 2024, after falling into a coma following an unscheduled training session on November 10.
His father, Muhammad Zaidi Abdul Rahman, recounted harrowing details of the incident, claiming his son was subjected to severe physical abuse. The training included having his chest stepped on, being ridden like a horse while performing horse-like movements, and forced to jump like a kangaroo. Shockingly, these acts were reportedly recorded by the trainer.
Zaidi also revealed that after Amir collapsed, he was left under the scorching sun for at least 30 minutes. Instead of calling an ambulance, the trainer transported him to Shah Alam Hospital, bypassing the nearer UiTM Medical Centre. Zaidi was only informed of his son&rsquo;s condition when the hospital sought consent to provide breathing aid. Tragically, Amir succumbed to his condition three days later.
Allegations of Negligence and Calls for Justice

Zaidi accused the trainer of failing to inform the university about Amir&rsquo;s condition, highlighting an alleged cover-up attempt. The family only discovered the full extent of Amir's ordeal after speaking with one of his friends following the burial.
Further exacerbating the situation, the trainer reportedly called Zaidi on November 11, asking Amir to attend class to avoid being marked absent. When confronted, the trainer admitted that the incident had not been reported to the university until after disciplinary pressure.
Initially, Shah Alam police have classified the case as a sudden death, while UiTM ROTU Deputy Commandant Ariff Md Ab Malik has called for a thorough investigation by the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM). This includes examining whether training protocols were followed and assessing candidate fitness standards.
Heat Stroke Identified as Cause of Death

According to Hussein, Amir joined UiTM ROTU in late October and underwent a fitness test before starting basic training. On the day of the incident, he was allegedly punished with push-ups for lagging behind during a running exercise.
Amir was later admitted to the Shah Alam Hospital&rsquo;s ICU after showing symptoms of high fever, cramps, and dehydration. Despite efforts to stabilize him, his condition deteriorated, leading to his death on November 13.
Police have recorded statements from nine witnesses, including Amir&rsquo;s father, who filed a police report on November 15. The Armed Forces have pledged a thorough investigation into allegations of abuse, with calls for anyone with information to assist in the probe.
Amir&rsquo;s death highlights a recurring and troubling pattern of abuse within military and cadet training programs. From the fatal assault of navy cadet Zulfarhan Osman Zulkarnain in 2017 to other cases of extreme bullying and physical harm, these incidents reveal systemic issues that demand urgent reform. The businesswoman stated that the subcontractors were demanding excessive payments for the renovation of Vida All Star Studio, despite not completing the project. &ldquo;You keep claiming more money, but you haven&rsquo;t finished the job! How about you complete the project first, then claim the money? You keep going over budget and had the nerve to say I didn&rsquo;t pay you. There wasn&rsquo;t even electricity or water in the building!&rdquo; she said during the broadcast.
DSV also pointed out that it is common for customers to pay contractors upfront, or at least provide a deposit, with the balance paid once the work is finished. However, in her case, she claimed the subcontractors kept requesting more money even though the project was far from complete. &ldquo;I already paid them in full. This wasn&rsquo;t a payment-by-progress deal. I paid them everything to make their jobs easier, to support them and give them a chance,&rdquo; she added.

The "I Am Me" singer also shared that she didn&rsquo;t recognize the subcontractor who arrived at her house during the asset seizure. &ldquo;I have no idea who you are; I have not done business with you. I&rsquo;ll say this, you&rsquo;re very clever, I&rsquo;ll give you that. You know how to work the law and used it against me,&rdquo; she said. The livestream was later shared on TikTok, where many netizens expressed sympathy for the entrepreneur.
During the broadcast, DSV also claimed that the plaintiffs who entered her home did not have a warrant. &ldquo;There should&rsquo;ve been another letter. There was no letter or warrant to enter the house, but due to the cooperation of staff I didn&rsquo;t even know about, the plaintiffs were allowed entry,&rdquo; she explained.
However, some pointed out that the Kuala Lumpur High Court had ordered the confiscation of her assets, which suggests that DSV may not be entirely in the right and that she will need to address the issue in court.

Challenges The Claims Of Confiscation Of Her Assets
In the same update, DSV's lawyer previously stated that they plan to challenge the confiscation order, which includes several luxury assets. While she is currently overseas, we&rsquo;ll have to wait for her return to hear the full explanation at her upcoming press conference.
