&ldquo;We would like to firmly reiterate that the organisers have no affiliation or collaboration with any individuals or unauthorised channels for ticket sales,&rdquo; the statement read. &ldquo;We strongly urge fans not to purchase from scalpers or unauthorised sources &mdash; doing so risks denied entry and undermines fair access for all.&rdquo;
Fans Demand Transparency as Tensions Mount

&ldquo;This move aligns with our efforts to modernise public transport and push towards a fully digital and cashless society,&rdquo; said Loke during the launch. &ldquo;A world-class public transport system is not just about having trains and buses; it&rsquo;s also about seamless digital infrastructure.&rdquo;

Alone During Semester Break

According to early investigations, the victim had been living in a shared condominium unit with five housemates. &ldquo;The learned trial judge did not fairly evaluate the defence and wrongly treated it as a mere denial,&rdquo; she said. &ldquo;There was no element of dishonesty when Syed Saddiq instructed his staff to withdraw party funds, as he was legally entitled to do so at the time.&rdquo;
The court ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove the core elements of the offences, particularly the intent required for criminal breach of trust (CBT), misappropriation, and money laundering. According to the judgment, the failure to properly direct the trial and the misinterpretation of legal standards warranted full appellate intervention.
The Charges and What They Meant
Syed Saddiq, 32, had been convicted in 2023 on four charges:

The sentence had been stayed pending the appeal.
