Looks like the past of a man is out to haunt him. Recently a post went viral on social media which was about a security guard who had passed away due to complications from injuries sustained when he was brutally assaulted while on duty back in December last year.
The post was made by a family member of the victim which included pictures of the victim.

The pictures described the conditions of the victim over the past eight months from the time he was in the hospital till the day he passed away at home.
The post has since gone viral with over 13,000 shares and hundreds of comments flooding justice for the man.
As frustrations grew, the family had resorted to social media as there was no concrete action taken by the authorities against the suspect.
The guard was unresponsive upon hitting the floor and the suspect had even tried to move him around.

The incident happened at a condominium in Ipoh, Perak back in December 2020
The suspect who assaulted the guard was a homestay guest and had come down to the swimming pool area with his son which was situated on the 7th floor.
Due to the SOPs of the pandemic during the time, the area was still under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and the management had only opened the swimming pool for adults and had closed the children&rsquo;s pool. That&rsquo;s a bit odd cause if I recalled, pools were not allowed to be opened during that period.
The homestay guest was dissatisfied and still insisted for his son to play at the pool. The family member had also allegedly said that another security guard on duty at the time had informed the management office with the manager trying to reason with the guest to no avail.
The homestay guest then came with his son and started arguing and provoking him.
"My uncle explained to him the danger if he didn't follow the rules. After some time the homestay guest pushed my uncle's table with the intention to use it as a weapon to hit him. He was hit twice with the table and the homestay guest forcefully pushed him to the ground," said the family member.
"After he did it, all the while his son was with him witnessing all that, he (the suspect) was roaming around that area for some time and suddenly ran over to the management office to inform the clerk that the guard has fallen down and that he only wanted to help him&rdquo;.
The management office then saw the broken table and it had revealed the truth. The victim was rushed to Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh while the manager went to the Pekan Bahru police station to file in a report.
Meanwhile, the victim&rsquo;s wife had lodged a police report on behalf, but the police had refused to take the report.

The accused was charged with Section 324 and was remanded for two days. Although he had appeared in court on 6 January 2021 under Section 335, he was out under bail while the victim was fighting for his life.

Section 324 of the Penal Code covers voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons likely to cause death and carries 10 years behind bars or fine or whipping or any two of the punishments.
Section 325 of the Penal Code covers voluntarily causes grievous hurt and carries a lighter sentence of seven years behind bars with a fine if found guilty.
"We have waited for eight months due to some legal advisors asked us not to reveal anything but now we want justice and whatever damage the accused did to my uncle, he needs to face the consequences and face the actual detention," the family member said, adding that he needs to be held responsible.
Perak police chief Mior Faridalthrash had issued a statement to clarify the situation

Bernama reports that the chief had acknowledge the incident and had noted that the suspect was charged under Section 335 with causing grievous hurt. Additionally, the case is scheduled to have a mention on the 9th of September.
In light of new evidence, they have reopened an investigation under Section 326 which covers voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapon or means likely to cause death and it carries a sentence of 20 years behind bars with a fine or whipping if found guilty.
The perpetrator has been identified as Noor Azhar Muhammad who is a Bersatu Youth division member in Kota Bharu, Kelantan according to a report by Malaysia Kini.
It is to note that the death of the victim was due to a lung infection (sepsis) but the family was still dissatisfied with it and still claims that the death was due to the assault.

On 29 August, Ipoh Barat member of Parliament (MP) M Kula Segaran said that the wife of the deceased had come to see him asking for assistance.

"As the victim has succumbed to death due to the injuries sustained, I urge the DPP to request the police to do a thorough investigation again and reclassify this case on a murder charge," he added.
"Nobody is above the law, and no one should take the law into his own hands. This case is also a reflection of a larger moral issue of the powerful, failing to comply with established rules and procedures and tendencies to act violently against the weak when ego needs are not met," said the local MP.

Since then, Taeil had maintained a low profile&mdash;until his silent, sombre arrival at the Seoul Central District Court, almost a year after the crime took place.

The former US President has officially entered the mobile phone and telco business through Trump Mobile, a newly launched MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) offering its own branded device &mdash; the gold-trimmed T1 Phone &mdash; and a 5G wireless subscription dubbed The 47 Plan.

According to the fine print on the Trump Mobile website, its products and services are &ldquo;not designed, developed, manufactured, distributed or sold&rdquo; by The Trump Organisation or its affiliates. Instead, the Trump name is licensed under DTTM Corporation &mdash; a pattern familiar from previous ventures like Trump Steaks and Trump University.
The T1 Phone: Flashy Exterior, Familiar Core

The device also features a triple camera setup (50MP + 2MP + 2MP) and a 16MP front camera, USB-C 2.0, and even a rare 3.5mm headphone jack.

Even Trump&rsquo;s own family seems unsure. Eric Trump stated in a podcast that the phones would &ldquo;eventually&rdquo; be made in the US &mdash; a claim met with widespread scepticism.
