Elena Cooke Education Fund

Overview Applications for the 2021 Elena Cooke Education Fund scholarships will open, as from April 19, 2021. The Fund, set up in honour of the late Miss Elena Cooke, aims to help underprivileged young people, whether they live with their families or were raised in children’s homes and orphanages, to pursue quality education after SPM in local colleges or universities. Criteria Applicant must meet all the below requirements Malaysians below 23 years old as at December 31, 2020 who have obtained at least 3As in the SPM and/or who meet other criteria as stated in the application form and the relevant educational institution’s course entry requirements. Household income must not be more than RM60,000.00 per annum in 2019 and not more than RM60,000.00 in 2020. Applicants who have already commenced their courses will NOT be eligible.
