2022 has come to an end. As Spotify users (well, some of us got the privilege to cry peacefully while listening to sad gloomy songs without being interrupted by ads), one of the things that we can&rsquo;t wait to see is our Spotify 2022 Wrapped results! To be fair, we spent hours just to think who is going to be our Top Artist this year. Did you?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
We obviously have seen so many songs that got featured in the weekly playlist or any small snippets of them in TikTok videos and Instagram Reels. For example, <a href="https://youtu.be/b1kbLwvqugk">Anti-Hero by Taylor Swift</a> with its legendary lyric: &ldquo;It&rsquo;s me, Hi! I&rsquo;m the problem, it&rsquo;s me.&rdquo; is used by more than 300k people telling their own stories, or even their pet behaviors that relate to the song. Here are some of the videos that got us laughing, and tearing up as well!

Somehow, by watching the videos and getting those &lsquo;Oooh, I relate!&rsquo; feelings, people will suddenly start to search for the songs and listen to them. When it gets their emotion, probably they will listen to it repeatedly either just because they relate to it too much or the song is just very catchy to them.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
But have you actually thought about yourself? What we mean is, are these songs actually defining your true self, your behavior, your personality, your personal favorites; or your current emotion? For example, you are feeling very numb and sad right now because you just broke up with your ex-partner, and you relate to <a href="https://youtu.be/-cOCmC_m23E">Kodaline's 'All I Want' </a>song. You feel that this song hits you really hard with the lyrics, but after you recover from the phase, you started to feel that it was just a validation for you, and that is totally okay!

Some people said &lsquo;A Song Reflects Someone&rsquo;s Personality'. Well, probably that&rsquo;s what Olivia Rodrigo thinks about her ex, Joshua Besset while writing her song <a href="https://youtu.be/ZmDBbnmKpqQ">&lsquo;Driver's License&rsquo;</a> which made it to the Top Hits after she launched it. But really tho? Then how about the songs that unintentionally hurt your inner child but it was meant to express someone&rsquo;s creativity? Will you be 24/7 stuck with that specific lines and torture yourself with sadness and misery over and over again because you found it relates to you? Back again, the question is whether this song hits you, or your current state of mind.&nbsp;

For me personally, there is this one song that I always relate to, because it does relate to my inner child, my everyday emotions, and my personality. It&rsquo;s called <a href="https://youtu.be/kJUupXZlXVw">&lsquo;Sulung&rsquo; - Kunto Aji</a>, it taught me every day to let go of things that I can&rsquo;t get or achieve, validate my feelings, and not overthink about the things I shouldn&rsquo;t overthink about. Moreover, there is this one line that always hits me.&nbsp;
&lsquo;Yang sebaiknya kau jaga, adalah, dirimu sendiri.&rsquo;&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Damn. What a line. Because at the end of the day, the one that we should reflect back again to is ourselves, what kind of person are we, not the song that sometimes will over-validate your untrue thoughts.&nbsp;
