Looks like McD&rsquo;s 3x Spicy Chicken strikes again as another Malaysian has been hospitalized for stomach pains.
Previously, we reported that a <a href="https://myc.com.my/articles/694/mcdonalds-3x-spicy-fried-chicken-lands-malaysian-in-hospital">netizen with gastric issues landed in the hospital</a> after having the 3x spicy chicken. But this time around, this netizen does not have a history of gastric issues. &nbsp;&nbsp;
TikTok user <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@ikaarejab">@ikaarejab</a> had to rush to an emergency room after an hour of consuming the 3x Spicy Chicken. The video was posted on TikTok 5 days ago and had quickly gone viral with 355.7K views, 31.3K Likes and 1156 comments.

Although the video was short not like most other viral TikTok videos where we see people attempting challenges or dances, it was enough to amuse many viewers as she transitioned from showing a picture of the chicken to then being admitted on an emergency bed.
The creator had mentioned that this was her &ldquo;downfall&rdquo; and she had no past gastric history. She advised those wanting to try the chicken should ensure that they have a high spice tolerance. She described that initially, she did not feel the anything but after 30 minutes, all hell broke loose.

Ironically, she says that she can normally tolerate the Ayam Gepuk spice (which is legit pure chili) but after this had made her stomach burn after the meal.

Netizens couldn&rsquo;t help laughing but also shared their experiences
No one can blame McD as they had warned others on eating it. Meanwhile, another netizen had a WW2 like experience with their toilet.

Another Netizen shared the motherly advice given by his mother to prepare milk or yogurt before eating the spicy chicken. Best part of this is the TikToker replied with her humour that her mom didn&rsquo;t tell her that.

Meanwhile, a netizen planned to try the chicken but instead it had raised her anxiety after watching the video.

No, the ingredients are not artificial
McDonalds had reiterated that their spice does not contain any artificial flavouring in a post back in 2019.

During the initial release of the spicy chicken, many found themselves affected after eating it. But here&rsquo;s something I don&rsquo;t understand, when they have the 2x and 3x Spicy Chicken on the menu, why do they take off the regular non-spicy chicken? Like come on not everyone wants to go in and out of their toiles for 7-8 times a day.

To conclude, everyone agreed that the 3x Spicy Chicken is REALLY SPICY but it&rsquo;s still delicious though, without a doubt it&rsquo;s still the best tasting fried chicken you can get. 
Regardless, if you can tolerate spicy food, so be warned on how bad it can be for you and how you may potentially damage your digestive system.
