For those who haven't tried an oblong burger from a local Ramly Burger stall, it's highly recommended. Regarding the buns, there's no need to choose anything extravagant; he simply used store-bought buns. Additionally, he complimented the burger with a serving of curly fries and the Orange McFizz drink.
Here&rsquo;s The Breakdown Of Ingredients And How To Perform Each Step

Starting It Out With The Black Pepper Sauce

First off, you&rsquo;ll need to melt butter in a pan and later saut&eacute; it with roughly chopped holland onion, three cloves of garlic and mushrooms. Once the mixture turns golden brown you&rsquo;ll need to add wheat flour to thicken the sauce and immediately add water, oyster sauce and a little sweet soy sauce to make the sauce darker before adding a cube of beef essence into it.
Once you&rsquo;ve done that, crush some fresh black pepper and mix them into the sauce. An additional step is required as you&rsquo;ll need to blend the sauce before re-stirring it in the pan.
Cooking &amp; Dipping The Oblong Burgers

Prepare the beef patty by using pre-made Oblong patties from the Ramly brand. Cook two patties until crisp on both sides, then coat them with the earlier-prepared black pepper sauce thoroughly. If you&rsquo;re feeling a bit fancy you can also opt to make your own patties but hey, if things can be bought frozen, why not just use them right?
For the bun, take a sliced oblong bread and lightly spread butter on both surfaces. Bake briefly on the pan for a slightly crispy texture. Plate the dish to your liking and add extra onions to give that Prosperity burger kick!
Don&rsquo;t Forget The Curly Fries &amp; Orange McFizz!

Selangor Cracks Down On Vape Advertising Amid Rising Teen Usage

The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has launched a newly-designed physical Malaysian driving licence card featuring improved security elements and a refreshed aesthetic meant to symbolise the country's modernisation journey. While the move marks a key milestone in JPJ&rsquo;s broader digital transformation, the physical version of this updated licence is not available to everyone &mdash; at least for now.
Physical Card Limited to Travellers and Foreigners
Beginning 21 May 2025, the new physical driving licence card will only be issued to two categories of individuals:
<ol>
<li>Malaysian citizens who need to drive overseas</li>
<li>Foreign nationals residing in Malaysia renewing their licences</li>
</ol>
All other Malaysians renewing their driving licences will continue to receive only the digital version, accessible through the MyJPJ mobile application.

JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli explained that the physical licence remains important for international use, particularly in countries that do not yet recognise digital licences.
&ldquo;Singapore accepts digital driving licences, but many countries still require a physical document. So for Malaysians travelling abroad, we advise them to obtain both the physical card and the International Driving Permit (IDP),&rdquo; Aedy said during a press conference at the IM Intensif Driving Institute in Adda Heights, Johor.
Malaysians requesting the physical version will need to present evidence of overseas travel, such as flight tickets or international job assignments, when applying for the card. JPJ officers have been instructed to strictly enforce these eligibility requirements.

Those who still wish to obtain a physical card without a valid overseas requirement will be denied under the current policy. However, the department hinted that further policy adjustments could be made in the future depending on public feedback and international developments.

Intrigued by the sight, they decided to book the same service for their celebration the following evening, paying RM2,000 for a meal meant for 40 people.

The meal commenced at 6 PM on 1st February, and the group eagerly tucked in, expecting a delightful dining experience. However, just four hours later, disaster struck. More than ten people in the group began suffering from extreme vomiting and diarrhoea&mdash;undeniable signs of food poisoning. As the night progressed, the severity of the symptoms escalated, and by morning, two members had to be rushed to the hospital for intravenous drips, while others sought treatment at nearby clinics.
The repercussions of the incident went beyond health issues. Several group members were forced to take sick leave from work, while children attending international schools had to miss classes. The financial burden from medical expenses, combined with lost productivity, only added to their distress.
A Struggle for Accountability

Joey was not convinced by this explanation. She had personally witnessed the driver calling the company to confirm the booking before proceeding. Adding to her suspicions, she pointed out that the food truck that arrived for their event was different from the one they had initially seen at the neighbouring villa.
In a further attempt to absolve itself, the company suggested that the food poisoning might have resulted from something the group had consumed earlier in the day. However, Joey quickly dismissed this claim. She explained that the group had split into five separate clusters throughout the day, each eating different meals&mdash;with some even skipping lunch entirely&mdash;yet every single person who ate the lok lok that evening fell ill.

&ldquo;Food poisoning is not something to take lightly. I am sharing this publicly to put pressure on the business because of their irresponsibility and lack of concern for hygiene. I can accept the financial loss, but what I want is empathy,&rdquo; she wrote.
